Runeglaive Nasus

When we normally fight nasus, we can build armor like or use dodge and blind on him. However, if he gets runeglaive he seem to be able to neglect dodge. (Only tried with and not sure about other blocks n parry) Also it ignores armor making him harder to counter

But if u get mr, he can use e then aa then q so the q stays in attack damage due to the cd on runeglaive. So....basically u have to build tanky in both mr and armor to counter this broken nasus build but dnt forget tht he is building tanky.

Btw if q is empowered by runeglaive, nasus is not healed even if he has spell vamp and lifesteal (is this suppose to happen?)
