Taliyah and most recent rework ryze were somewhere in the mid 30s on release, a 40% winrate would be far from a record.
The problem is they're not changing what's actually wrong with her kit, and instead are just adjusting numbers to make her weaker instead of just fixing the problem.
Make her targetable by turrets while in her W. Likely give her some small compensation buffs elsewhere. That's it.

Dynikus1 votesI like Akali and wish I could play her more often actually. She has a really fun kit, and I think, other than aspects of her true stealth, they did a good job on her rework. I'd be happy if she had a winrate similar to other mid-high skill floor champions. I think most people can agree that her true stealth giving her extremely easy and safe tower dives is unfair to play against though, and no amount of simple number adjustments will bring her to a state people are happy with.
