Has become the strongest support in my eyes, his kit plus Knights Vow helps me stop rengo instantly before he instas my adc. Any damage he does to me is healed back by my adc with another armor Item. I feel fearless and strong, LIKE BRAUM!

I believe that was Riot's intention. With the new assassin reworks there had to be something to help protect the squishies. These new supp items + masteries bring those tanky supports back into the scene to keep the balance. Very calculated by Riot
I'd say either Braum or Janna.
Yeah sure, Braum's got good tools against assassins, but Janna is the undisputed queen of ruining the days of people with only one gap closer.
