Can we just remove the crit on Runaans?

I think the we have plenty of crit items in the game, but with crit makes certain champs a little busted.

Can we replace the crit with something else and/or get a different crit item? What do you guys think?

item 3087 item 3046 item 3094 item 3508 item 3031 and all of them are actually used on different ADCs

So let my get this straight:

When hurricane doesn't have crit, no one buys it and complains about how weak it is. When hurricane does have crit, everyone buys it and complains about how good it is even though this is what just about EVERY BLOOD PERSON ON THE FORUMS asked for.

Does that just about sum it up?

Crit is fine, it's CDR that needs to be removed from some items. there's so damn many that mages are finding it difficult to get their builds going without overbuying it and wasting gold
