nerf damage bruiser items

I used to think that one champ or another is OP. But the real problem here is the items. When as Vi with tabi
, dead man's plate
and your shield you get blown in less than 1 sec by Irelia who has 3k HP, tabi
and wit's end
for armor/MR, trifroce
and titanic hydra
for burst, there's a real problem. 2k HP 163 armor vs 0 armor pen and I died in less than 1 sec. Where's the logic?
Titanic hydra
has been a problem child since release, dealing 2 items worth of damage while giving 400+ AOE range to your AAs, the active deals as much if not more than triforce (maybe triforce + sterak level of damage, depends on hp) and being abused by every melee champ who can find a spot in his slots for it (not the champs who desperately need 30-40% cdr ASAP), the AA reset on top of the damage makes it even more bullshit.
In 1 item, you get 40 AD, 450 HP, 100% base hp regen, 40+2.5% of your MHP AOE and 5+1% of your MHP to your target on hit, +40+10% of your MHP in the active (in AA+Titanic AA reset you dish out 200% AD + 45+11% of your MHP to your target (let's say you have 200 AD and 3k HP it's 400+45+330=775 damage just from 1 AD/HP item and some dust AD item to reach 200 AD, why even buy anything more for damage? Even with 2k HP it's still 400+45+220=665 damage). One item with so many stats and so much damage shouldn't exist.
Triforce
is okay because the damage falls of except if you buy sterak
(another item that's busted since melee only, synergy with triforce and with max HP for the insane shield). Just lower CDR to 10%, 20% is too much for one item (and it would make it cheaper so more susceptible to be bought early when it's most effective).
Black cleaver
should either be a damage item, then set it to 250 HP and 50 AD with 10% CDR, since it already has 2 passives to stick to the ennemies/kite and to shred armor, or a survival item, in that case 25 AD with it's current HP/CDR would be okay I guess. 400 HP+ 40 AD + 20% CDR + phage passive + armor shred is too much for one item.
Randuin
needs to go to 90 armor, tabi
to 30 instead of reducing it from 25 to 20 (seriously riot everyone tells you there's too much damage and you nerf the only item reducing AA-based damage?), frozen heart
needs 120 armor or it's 2700 gold for 20% cdr and a measly 15% AS reduction (it's literally stormrazor's bonus AS, and even if it's total AS 15% doesn't counter shit unless they buy no AS at all but in that case they don't AA much and the item is useless in the first place) with 0 MR 0 HP attached to it. Either increase the HP from thornmail
or the armor, but at the moment no one finishes it anymore unless they're full build since they only buy bramble vest
, and even that was nerfed hard since release, or at least make the heal block last 2.5 seconds. 1 sec heal block could as well not exist for what it does.
Actually, the best made tank item is adaptive helm
, the only tank item that makes a truly visible difference before and after (at least until they have enough AP to overkill the 3k HP 200 MR tank with a void saff...or even without it for certain champs...) and the second best is spirit visage
which is doing it's job of giving sustain through tank stats and increased healing.

in terms of assassination sucks hard, it's only useful for the mobility it gives, the stats are quite garbage without an insane passive like Draktharr's
damage boost, IE
is good because it's an auto attack booster, for a build that is already all about stats, but as a single item IE is garbage even with it's big AD number, lethality or death dance
are better options for burst and sustain knowing DD's got 10% cdr and allows to drain HP while having as much AD as IE and delaying burst is quite OP for bursting and draintanking, although I hate when I think I'm safe and I die due to the DOT from DD's passive).
It's especially true on tank items, between true damage and armor shred, 5 lethality items (thx Rito now assassins can ignore dead man's plate only with lethality items and even more than plate's armor with all the lethality items), Dominik

stupid 40% M pen. If at least tank items' stats were set back to pre-rework material hp/def-wise (not sunfire that got more but randuin, warmog), and recent items (adaptive helm, abyssal mask) should get 50 more HP to have standard 400 HP.
OR: set Gargoyle back to +100% HP/-50% damage dealt and in that case more HP isn't needed. But when you have too much damage, you can't LOWER items made to reduce this damage while keeping them above 2500 gold (jungler item cinderhulk
costs 2500 with garbage stats, only full HP item that doesn't have any CDR or damage/resistances on it, it's a strict downgrade from sunfire with even less HP than that and no other defensive stat/passive while the AD item gives 60 AD and 10% CDR and the AP item 80 AP and 10% CDR + 300 mana! The only item as garbage stats wise as cinderhulk is bloodrazor
, but at least it scales well into the game and has the niche of highest AS on 1 item shared only with wit's end that's rarely built on anyone but specific champs in specific match ups.
Hell, I'd even say make gargoyle's
active a passive applying all the time once you have 200 armor and 150 MR, so you would feel like being a tank again without the problem of tanks one shooting squishies.
