Is Quinn hidden OP again?

Just played a game as Aatrox top, ennemy Quinn was mid, got fed, you could think the story ends here. But I had 2700 HP + Sterak, and that btch killed me in .5 second. Even Zed can't do that. That's only with an auto attack, maybe she engaged me with her E but about 3500-3800 HP in one AA is completely impossible even with a one shot build (that's why I stopped playing one shot builds since everyone has 2500+ hp now). You can't come out of nowhere in 1.5 second and blow a bruiser with nearly 3k HP + Sterak in one AA.

Even with 24 kills, and at the last action of the game , both energized do 240 before reduction and 340 AD * 2.25 from IE still only deals 765, maybe another 700 out of her passive if she activated it before her AA shot me which I doubt since her passive probably doesn't deal more than x1.5 to the target, it's still only about 1800 damage and I didn't even count what's left of my armor, we're very very very far from just my HP, we're miles away from my HP + Sterak passive. How the fuck could she one shoot me without simply cheating? in true damage her engage doesn't do more than 60% of my HP bar and she doesn't have 2.5 AS to put 2 attacks so fast I can't see the second, especially with PTA that only activates at 3 stacks so she didn't even use predator or some BS one shot rune like that.

Then what's up? How can an ADC duellist assassin one shoot a 3500+ hp ennemy? even BRK barely deals 216 damage from 2700 before reduction, which would lead to 2k damage in the 1st AA. She's still far from one shooting me, yet I got one shot or killed so fast proportionnally to her dps (0.5 sec is about the time for 1 AA to reach the target, the second isn't even ready yet with 80% bonus AS only from equipment which would approximate 1.6 AS max (and I even doubt that since it's nearly 90% bonus from 0.9 base).

If you have a logical explanation, please go on, still Quinn should not out damage Zed while having no energy to manage and spamming her damage on every AA, it's more than stupid, it's pure bullshit and there's absolutely no fun in buying HP and getting one shot by anything, especially an AA that has less than 1 sec CD.
