Fizz E is bugged... Again.

For like the 7th time in LOL history Fizz E is glitched. Like normally, he can be hit by incoming spells, silences, and Auto attacks randomly while on his E. Champs like Blitzcrank if attacking before Fizz uses E will cause Fizz to flip around ten times and then fly into the air, putting his E which is 'untargetable' on CD.
