Isn´`t karthus´s ult cd too long?

Seeing how many things stop and counter his ultimate, I don´t think it´s unreasonble to lower his base ult cd. It really sucks to know that item 3157 has a shorter cooldown, so everytime I ult, the just use the stasis affect. Or that ults and abilities that can dodge his ult haver a signficantly shorter cd. And if one person doesn´t have an abilitie to escape it, someone else can help them, like a soraka ult(which also has a shorter cd), or bard ult(same thing as soraka), ults that also affect an entire team. And lets not forget the summoner spells that everone has. It feels useless to ult before lategame comes, which in this state of lol, doesn´t happen alot.

Edit: Im talking about in the early, when you still have no cdr from runes.

I agree it's tilting as the player to have it be such a long cooldown early, but the ability would be too overpowered with a shorter cooldown.

With 45% cdr and max ult hat your ult is a lower cd than hourglass. If you use your ult in the middle of a fight or after one just finished and the enemies are trying to flee after just barely getting out alive than more often than not they already used everything you dodge or stop your ult.

it's not to long of a cd, it's fine where it is at.
