How do I deal with Leblace and Malzahar?

I've been playing KarthusKarthus for while now, and have had decent success with him, winning, or atleast not dying while get I a few kills in other lanes with my ult. The likes of fizz, yasuo, kass and other assassins/mages have never really given such trouble I do as malzahar and leblance. Some thing I've tried was to out push Malzahar, which actually worked untill he got lvl 6 and, well, kill me. I cant farm under tower since he pokes me to oblivion, and his ult cd feels like its from an assassin, he always has it. Later on in the game, im already behind in most aspects, and he still has good team fight ability's. With leblance, I really haven't found a way to deal with her pre or post lvl 6, she bursts me, tower dives me while only receiving 1 turret shot since she goes back immediately, her E is pretty easy to dodge when she isnt i your face, which she usually is when she throws it, and leter in the game, she burst's me like im an adc. The builds I usually do Is: item 3151, item 3027 ,item 3020, item 3135, item 3116, item 3089 Another build I've been trying recently, and seems to work is: item 3027 ,item 3151, item 3020, item 3030, item 3116, item 3001oritem 3089 , since most give health stats, making me a little "tanky" I also have trouble with them and zed when I play Orianna Orianna

In circumstances that involve dealing with a heavy poker, I typically do build my recommended health item first, for whatever champion I happen to play in mid at the time, which usually winds up being ROA's. Unfortunately there's not too much I can offer in terms of advice aside from the possibly expected. Such as playing safe, focus more on farms than killing, etc. If you do happen to be in a circumstance where you can harass though, it wouldn't hurt. Champions like LB somewhat depend on a good early game, same for Malz. Even if playing a champion like Annie against a Malzahar, I multitask that harassment to do what I can to ruin their farm in what way possible, if not to kill them.

Unfortunately part of what could determine the proper method you'll need, will also depend on your own current skill level, and the skill level of whomever you happen to fight. I can say one thing for certain though. Karthus is not that amazing Pre-6. He does a lot, but he's a victim of a lot of other champions and their kits naturally, so do not err, and side with caution always.
