Mana buffs for Taric Q being 100 mana at max rank instead of 140, and Taric's Q has the highest base heal in the game I believe? Correct me if I'm wrong. Not only this buff but with the new support buffs Taric can spam heal like no tomorrow, and stun them pesky tanks who wanna dive and 1 shot your ADC's. ALL HAIL THE OUTRAGIOUS META!

Soraka is still basically League's premier AND staple support, because she kinda packs it all.
Root, silence, slow, really nice heal (that she can use almost every second at rank 5), an OK way to heal HERSELF, a global team heal, her passive lets her get to her close-to-fallen allies...
And on top of it all, frickin' bananas.
