So black cleaver..

So black cleaver is so bloody op, i was just playing a game as shen with a total of 446 armour and like 4k hp with elixr, I was facing a panth that was pretty fed with a black cleaver and his e shredded 225 of my armour. So basically black cleaver with lw makes it so i have like 100 armour even tho i have 450 armour and everyone on that team can just kill me instantly despite me having 450 armour and 4k hp. This makes 0 sense i understand the concept of black cleaver but i think it should be toned down, maybe to being like 15% armour? its just not fair that they can shred all that armour making tanks like shen useless. Thanks.
