Gragas?.?.?..?...?

So as a gragas player i miss the days of old gragas none of this bullshit boring tank gragas "oh i'm a tank i have cc blah blah boring" Can we give gragas maybe a little bit better scaling and damage or the ult / q so he's viable in the mid lane again where he was insanely fun? you can tone down his e / w and make his q ap ration or base damage better so he's viable again as a mid laner and he can go back to his old days as a mid lane assassin mage.
