I don't care if you system is a trash I want to be able to see if there is anyone on my team low elo on the champion select and quit before the game starts. I don't care about the punishment. If I got 3 like this on the day I will just quit for a day I don't care. I don't want to lose my time on a game that is lost at 00:00 because of a garbage system.
Try not having a weak mental and psyching yourself up to lose over every teammate you outrank.

well by quitting you yourself are lowering your own elo and as such other high rank players can see your trash elo and quit on you thinking the game is a loss. and with that games would never be played and it'll end up being a game of leap frog for elo. so how bout you stop caring about your ego and play the damn game, hmm?
