They confirmed that they disabled him for lore reasons.
It was kinda funny and nice at first, but now it's honestly really annoying.

Draven cons:
-Leona -Nami -Blitzkrank -Immobility -Relies on tons of farm -Predictability -Snowball reliant -Mana hungry -Etc.
