Olaf Rework Idea
Olaf has always been a tough champion to balance. Currently, he is very strong early game, but falls off incredibly hard. This rework aims to give him more tools to work with in the mid to late game while reducing his early game power.
Passive: Berserker Rage- Olaf is immune to all crowd control effects. After being in combat for at least 4 seconds, he gains Rage, granting him 10/15/20/25% movement speed and 20/40/60/80% attack speed.
Q: Undertow- Olaf throws an axe, dealing 80/125/170/215/260 (+100% Bonus AD) physical damage and slowing targets hit by 29/33/37/41/45% for 2 seconds. If Olaf has Rage active, Undertow deals double damage to enemy champions below 50% health. Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds
W: Vicious Strikes- Olaf dashes to a nearby location, gaining 50/60/70/80/90% attack speed and 15/18/21/24/27% lifesteal for 6 seconds. In addition, his next basic attack heals him for 25/30/35/40/45 (+5 per 100 Bonus AD)% of his missing health. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds
E: Reckless Swing- Olaf teleports behind his target, dealing 70/115/160/205/250 (+50% AD) physical damage to them and stunning them for 1.5 seconds. If Olaf has Rage active, Reckless Swing stuns the target for 2.5 seconds instead. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds
R: Ragnarok- Olaf leaps at an enemy, dealing 200/400/600 (+150% Bonus AD) physical damage to them and slowing them and nearby enemies by 99% for 1.5 seconds. Ragnarok instantly grants Olaf Rage. Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds
