The reworks are no where near Cancer. Caitlyn's rework wasn't really a rework as much as it was a Re-tooling. Graves Lost his Cigar, but his kit feels better then old graves and is not nearly as bad. (Although he is kinda OP atm but that's because Riots Balance team is Smoking some good shit). Mordekiaiser is probably worse then his previous self.
The others you listed, Darius in my opinion is the worst to deal with. Same with Zoe. Both can have a player who is shit on them and still do good. As to the others you need to have some sort of brains to actually be useful at all with.
