Rammus now has trouble jungling.
It is a fact that even before the current jungle, Rammus had a slow clear time. That's fine, that was part of the balance, and it was made up by his terrifying rolly-polly ganks. The problem now is that Rammus just sucks when it comes to clearing jungle camps.
Don't get me wrong, I like the new jungle. It feel more dynamic, more interesting. With other junglers I have had a blast. I tried Rammus for the first time in the new jungle, and fell flat on my face. Before, I could tank the jungle with my four health pods and faster smite. Now I only have two, and the jungle camps are stronger. I found myself constantly having to back after clearing two or three camps until I hit around seven. When I had to get my tier two jungle item, it was only a choice between the lane ganking one, and the jungle clear one. Lane ganking is what Rammus is supposed to do, but without the jungle clearing, I would be severely underfed. I went with the lane ganking one, and it was probably the wrong choice.
Rammus can't be a wrecking ball if he doesn't have his items. He needs his items to farm effectively, and he needs to farm effectively to get his items. It's a nasty loop. I think Rammus needs a buff for jungling only.
I propose something simple, like his W (armor increase and damage return) does double or triple damage to monsters and minions, or something like that. Otherwise, Rammus will have no chance in this jungle.
