if i read that correctly. the "solution" to volibear is -20 bite damage?

Because Volibear himself isnt OP. Can someone please point me to the changes the made to him to make him suddenly OP?

I remember when people said Volibear's kit sucked. "OMG SO EASY TO KITE HAHA"

They're also nerfing his W's stacking attack speed buff.

They are reducing the early attack speed provided by W and lowering the base damage of his bite.

Basically, they are weakening his early clear and damage. This, in turn, will weaken his ability to duel/skirmisher early, delay his ability to gank, and lower his clear speed.
