new ultimate :

instantly imbue a teammate with a runes power. infinite range.

you can select 1 of 4 runes. when you press R your QWER become 4 selections

flame rune. rain rune. forest rune. ice rune.

when a teammate gains the runes power, they gain its power until they die. GA / zilean ultimate preserves the rune

all 5 teammates can have a runes power. and the cooldown can be like 4/3/2 minutes or something

teammates can only have power from 1 rune

flame rune can be a weak sunfire. damage scales with lvl rain rune is mana regen. dunno what power is a good level ice rune is a +15 hp shield per level that regens like malphites shield. 10 second cooldown

forest rune is 20% tenacity / slow resist
