People Complain about Bot Lane, but really its Jg/Top Meta

Riot literally buffed baron, elder, neutral objectives in general, to help end games! Baron being the most important by far. And now with banner its just even more critical to get Baron, now lets see here. Which role has the most influence on neutral objectives you ask? hmm that would be Jungle. Which role happens to be right next to the baron pit? Oh yea Top lane. The fact of the matter, if you have a better jg/top lane, you will ultimately have more pressure with putting enemy top behind and being able to use your teleport to help other lanes earlier on, which will help get dragons and towers. Then the JG just runs train on whoever he wants and secures baron. Baron wins games more than ever now and I believe JG is too powerful (gets too much exp in jg and can just camp lanes all day and carry) and Top lane just beast modes early and adcs/mids cant cut them down. BTW yes obviously 3-4 item adcs can eventually outscale and out dps (i main Kog/Twitch) but games are so short now. Games are decided (not exactly won but basically won) by 20min 80% of the time and if you don't believe me, check your match history and see how many games go longer than 30-35 min
