locked camera in new patch

i play with my camera locked most of the time. there's a long, seriously irritating delay when the camera is locked and i click on the minimap to check somewhere. it wasn't there before, and it only happens with locked camera. another thing, typing tilde (this thing ~) locks your game completely. im not kidding. there's no way out besides closing league or typing it again. what the fuck? one more thing, in draft pick game modes, you no longer are in the scoreboard position relative to your position. top, jg, mid, bot, support. before your place on the scoreboard matched your role. it doesn't now, you're always at the top.
