Trolling in pick/ban punishing players with leaving penalties.

There needs to be a system in place to check that the player that is electing not to choose a champ or ban a champ isn't doing so because their own team mate banned the champ they were choosing or, in case of selecting the champ, that they didn't show that they were picking that champ before hand in the pre-select window. The amount of times this has happened and the fact that their isn't an option for a game type that actually works(blind pick is just as bad) to get around this from happening, there then needs to be something in place for the draft system to not allow, or to not punish those who have this done to them. We've had/been forced into this champ select for how long with out any way to get around it because you chose to disable team builder, which was the answer to this, with out any one really addressing this. I don't really find it acceptable considering you had the tool needed to fix it, there is a great want for this tool to come back and you are silent. I can understand something not being ready but being silent is just as bad if not worse.
