No Assist

I played a game today where I had a Fizz running away. He jumped over the wall into the jungle where I had to chase him. He was so quick at moving so I ulted baron, and luckily Baron did the job and killed him, however, I wasn't granted an assist for being a smart-ass. Triggering monster aggros for a kill should give you an assist as if shielding an ally.
