Who is the best leashing Champion?

I am a support main, and I have been thinking that there is no way to win any game in Silver unless your ADC is ~~leashed~~ peeled properly through any team fight. And since no one really cares about his team's ADCarry, I started playing champions that can ~~leash~~ peel as much as possible.

So I decided to play Tahm Kench more and more and found that the slow in his Q, and the devour with W is working pretty good, but sometimes it just is not enough. Is there any better champions or items that can help ~~leash~~ peel?

um i think the term you're looking for is peeling? leashing is doing damage to jungle monsters so the jungler has an easier time clearing.

Best peel - zyra, nami, braum, tahm, sion

Imo Braum and Alistar , many other tanks could also work. Also if you want something squishier then definitely Janna as the best peeler in the game.

I've climbed from B3 to S4 this season playing mostly Leona. Her CC is awesome and as long as your ADC doesn't go melee form too much it'll be hard for any champ besides assassins to get to them. I usually pick up item 3401 and item 3190 as soon as I can for extra shields.

Also, remember that after laning phase you're better off supporting whoever is the strongest carry which is not necessarily the ADC. If you had a rough laning phase but your mid laner is ahead, leave your ADC to farm piled up waves to get gold and solo exp from them so they can catch up faster and peel for your mid laner.

I'm surprised no one has said Taric yet. You can peel with a stun that has a max range of 1875 (almost cait's ult at level 6). He can heal and shield them. He can body block skill shots because he is relatively tanky. He gives his ADC bonus armor; usually about 50 late game. He can make his ADC invincible for 2.5 seconds.

I think the biggest advantage that Taric has over every other ADC is that he can support from almost a full screen away while he has 100 hp. He can still use every ability he has from that range. If I almost die in a fight but the fight is still going, I don't have to leave. I can stay way in the back and support from the link on his W. This can be clearly seen after the fight at 21:30 in this video. I was almost dead but I was hanging back ready to support Twitch in case Jax wanted to jump on him. Again at 27:50, I link to Lee Sin, stand in the way of Jinx so she can't ult him, then I ult Lee sin and go a different way around in the jungle to get my ult on Viktor. At the end, Lee Sin had 4 hp left. He would have died but I was supporting him from a whole screen width away.

Also, there is a literal leash between Taric and his partner if that is what you are going for.

I play brand support bot lane for the damage. No need to sweat the small stuff, if your adc is full health and the enemy adc and support are almost dead, he'll know what to do. Other than that, the number one savior of the universe would be my man Braum.

So what exactly do you want?

Someone who can heal, be aggressive, tank somewhat, slow/snare, have a decent amount of ap, and proc ardent all at once?

Malphite with item 1029 and w start.

the little damage he takes from the camp goes to his shield, which regenerates on his way back to lane. his w active makes him deal a decent amount of damage for a couple seconds.

Braum, he not only has the needed tools to keep the adc save(lulu and jaina are just as good at that), he also has playmakeing potential and his passive animates your adc to AA the target(a common issue with low elo adc is that they somehow don't like useing AAs that much). This allows him to not only protect his 'gun' but he can also point it at the right targets with that passive. And nealry all tank-support items help at keeping a carry save.

The alternative is Brand. His early is so absurd that you can win the lane nearly 1vs2 and get your adc ahead, and in teamfights you can be so much of a threat that you either kill the opposing team while they try to kill your adc, or they focus you and ignore the adc.
