Cosmic dart Teemo?

I dont know about anyone else but when cosmic blade Master Yi got released i wondered why Rito didnt make a cosmic skin for Teemo???

It would probably be bought by most players since Teemo is one of the most annoying characters, making him fun to play, and if he shot out starts or something then it would make the character like 10X better.

If think Teemos Q should fire a dart that flies towards the enemy and glows blue, leaving a trail as it flies that resembles the same kin of texture as aurelion sol's tail. His W could leave some glowing yellow cosmic particles and his E should make his enemy turn to a different colour, maybe even make particles around the enemy that could be neon lights! And his R could be glowing green spaceships that make sound effects when walked over? i think this skin would cost atleast 1350 rp! type in the comments what you think!!!
