Custom summoner icons?

I know people will disagree with this idea but i was wondering, what if you could get parts of icons out of chests which you can collect, then you have a section in the summoner icon selection letting you use the parts of icons you have collected, mixing them toghether creating your own custom icon! This idea may seem really stupid but it seems really cool in my mind, its another kind of thing to collect in league, maybe you could even buy parts of icons in the store for rp!!!
