I'm no leblanc main but she is terrible. she has to take more risks for less rewards then any burst mage. her time to kill is stupidly slow with all the delays (if the enemy isnt an idiot) all of your damage is completely predictable and her ult feels clunky and useless. Just my two cents. Overall super clunky and unfun to play.
people who are gonna say "lol u just cant press q w to instagib anymore git gud" incoming :^) probably adc mains But Vayne pressing Q and oneshotting from 550 range you is fair MF pressing R and 100-0ing your entire team in 1 second is fair
ANY adc critting you for half your hp is fair :)
She truly is awful - I don't even care about the damage delay, it's the fact she lost her mindtricks with her clone.
The new clones are so unbelievably useless they might as well not exist. Her RR might as well just be a blue trinket that sometimes makes enemies blow a stun on it.
She can't even use RR when mimic is on CD so forget using any of her deception to escape, which is pretty much the ONLY TIME YOU'D NEED TO DO IT.
Man, this rework just completely destroyed my favorite champion, it's just such crap.
from what i hear you are suppose to build her like swain go RoA and GPL and stuff now ur damage doesnt really diminish but your risk does.
I think she is decent, I would really like the passive cd/activation speed to either be reduced at 6/11/16 or be affected by cdr. It really just sucks later on in the game unless you hit like a whole team with w (without dying) and q through them.
I think the thing they tried to do (And accomplished...Sort of.) was make her feel more outplay-y than just Q W and suddenly miss half your health. While it went that way, it went TOO FAR that way to the point that she's not fun to play as or against for a different reason - It's a joke. I main Azir and used to be TERRIFIED to see LeBlanc. Now I see her and think "Oh. Free lane." That's coming from an AZIR player. Something that's supposed to get dumpstered by assassins.
She's far from awful. If anything, she's the strongest (other than mother fucking talons broken ass wall jumping (sorry, hostile because its fucking stupid.).) assassin after the update.
