Champion Mastery in Ranked
I believe that in order for a person to select a champion in ranked they must be mastery level 3. I am so sick of people first timing champions in my games and feeding their ass off to the point of no return.

Some people are quick learners. Also, you can learn a lot how to use a champion just by laning against them.
