AFK Surrender

I am a very competitive person, so when someone leaves the game early, I want to move on from the lost cause of a game and try again to have 4 people who can sit down for 20-40 minutes. The one thing about this game that puts me on tilt is having to wait the 10 to 15 minutes after someone leaves to surrender; I hate the hopeless feeling that comes from seeing someones name flash up saying they've left. I would like to see a change to the surrender system where the time is reduced if you are short handed.
