Shen's Scalings

Although he has fairly healthy statistics like win rate and kda, his ap scaling needs to go. The only ap item i'd build on him would be a rylais but there are still better choices. Just seems very outdated, also I'd love to see his feint scaling off MISSING hp, it goes well with his design of getting others to attack him but wouldnt make his laning phase to dominate early(at full hp).
