Announcer Packs In league

Just posting this because i been asking around in my circle of friends and they all agree that announcer packs would be nice for League of legends, so im posting this hear to see the thoughts of the general community as well is if any of the riot admins or dev's spot this post see their opinion on the matter cause im sure im not the first person to bring this up.
