What are these yellow eyes?

I was spectating a friends game and the enemy champions had these yellow eyes above them that are either half open or fully open. no clue what they mean if anyone knows please tell me.

It means there was an 
and it's an indicator for whoever was playing her that she was getting in the dangerously close.
It’s like if u were 
etc. and you got close to someone, just out of range where they could see you
