poppy's heroic charge vs pass through dashes

I've been noticing a lot lately that most dashes will completely negate the cc component on poppy's heroic charge. For example fizz's q and yasuo's e (which both have the sameish range) will simply ignore the knockback of heroic charge and pass through her instead. Not sure if this is intended but im almost certain that every other knockback/displacement in the game will interupt these dashes but poppy's doesn't. It is very frustrating since both of these champs can cancel poppy's charge by other means as well (via tornado and troll poll). Same thing happens with kalista's passive, whilst vayne's knockback will interupt the dash and sometimes even the damage if cast quick enough. Can this be fixed please?

Edit: I'm only talking about non-cc/non-ultimate dashes
