Riot just made pre-rework Fiora Players happy

Camille plays a LOT like old Fiora. I can't find her ratios, but Camille has multiple resets and gapclosers as well as steroids and the ability to briefly isolate a target. Can anyone find Camille's ability ratios for me?

Also, if anyone on the PBE (can't find my login still :C) can try a Camille build for me and post results on this thread I'd be super grateful. Build order would be:

Flash-Exhaust (because Exhaust tends to make people flash which puts you ahead in the Top Lane) (Hydra was meant to be item 2)
