I never played jinx, so I have a question: What is her basic attack before puts 1 point in Q?

So her Q makes her switch between guns an gives her steroids (range/dmg and attack speed). If she starts with W or E, what is her auto-atack? She starts with the rocket launcher or the mini-gun? Without the range/attack speed steroid?
