THERE IS NO REASON WHY BLITZ HOOK ANIMATION IS SO FAST

Honestly, it's not a bad thing, if everyone had similar animations then the game would be too easy. Also the animation isn't that hard to dodge. I see that you are only level 22, I'm not talking trash but once you get better at the game you will have an easier time dodging them. Also, two good ways to counter

properly (as the animation is about an inch away from you (on your screen not in game)) the stun will land but the damage and the pull will not, stunning you momentarily but wasting
mana (he has a base of like 300-400 and the hook costs 100). But for
all you have to do is just roll when you hear the animation.
The problem is you're attempting to react when you see/hear it. Know how the Blitz gets in position and bait him. Keep in mind that a missed hook basically means the ADC is naked.

I don't really agree with the presentation, but I do agree that Blitz's base damages are way too high for the degree of cc and displacement he brings.
