Impossible to jungle leveling up

I could literally come up with a billion ideas within 5 minutes to make jungle playable for new players and people leveling smurfs. Without runes and masteries it's a nightmare you can't early gank if you do you probably waste your time or you're low hp if not you're clearing and can't effectively cause mobs destroy your vagina. It's really not rocket science to adjust jungle mobs to player levels. Anyone who disagrees and think new players should learn to jungle in this mess of giant punani destroyers that is low level jungling should rethink their existence on earth and evaluate their ability to reason.
