Auto-fill is garbage, everyone knows this. Please, just bring back Team Builder, because everyone misses it.

I for one, do not miss idling 30 min waiting for a support to join, who promptly leaves because the creator of the room is going top-lane Vayne. The wait times were absolutely atrocious with the non-existent player-base for support role. There's a bigger problem that needs to be looked at, and it's the mentality/ attitude towards supporting.

I think the core mental issue is two parts:

"I can't carry from support, and I want to win/climb"
"I have to play with a terrible ADC and won't be able to do anything"

As I recall ADC is the second least picked role.

The first of those points being a bit of an "iffy" notion as there have been plenty of games in which I've carried as a support (mostly using full-ap sona and just melting people's faces off with 700 damage q's). If we're looking at the grand scheme of things, I'd say that botlane is probably the "easiest" to win games from if you can find a partner to consistently duo with. Quality bronze botlaners are nigh-impossible to come across (i'm under the impression that only 10% of the bronze adc's remotely have any skill), so if you're able to find a buddy to pair up with then it's basically freelo. Solo-queue however is an entirely different story...
