NEW AZIR BUFF

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT HE'S FINALLY GETTING HIS BUFFS

And I'm so glad and so planning to use him again espscially with a new "I'll control the game until I win late game" build i have for him

His Ult 450 bonus damage is Awesome!!! Before it was 300.

So I'm definitely taking him to ranked again.
