The most annoying ADC in the game. Can poke NONSTOP for nearly 0 mana, low CD, and double flash escape. After midgame he is impossible to catch. And a good one can still deal enough damage. His Q has so low CD, that he doesn't even need basic attacks to farm after first recall.

Skill is all good and nice, but worthless, if there is no CD, and manacost. You missed Q? Take that 3 second breath, then try again. You can try 100 times before out of mana. By the way if you hit him 7 times, then he is out of health.

Later it's even worse. He has free flash all the time, and can shoot every second. No need to use basic attacks at all to farm, or deal damage. He can just run, and shoot back like Singed. Except, that if you ignore him, then he can deal bigger damage.

EDIT: This isn't just about lane phase. It's about in general. He buys an iceborn, and he will CC the shit out of you while escaping literary EVERYTHING.

She is annoying in early, because of long auto, but can be beaten with all-in combo, or double long range quite easily. Protective support can negate most of her damage as well.

But in teamfights, and in general mid/lategame she is not even close to Ezreal. Her escape is slower, and has CD. Also her basic attack has lower range, than Ezreal Q, and she can't spam iceborn either. I saw super fed Caitlyn gettin wrecked by good Kayn. They won botlane with Vel'Koz, and lost mid, and lategame, because Kayn oneshot her, and nobody managed to protect her.

I ban Ezreal quite often because he's so hard to jump on and kill in lane. I often want to snowball the lane and Ezreal is pretty hard to snowball on. After he gets his Q to a low cd, he doesn't even need to interact with the lane

Caitlyn isn't as bad because yeah she CAN tether her 650 range and be a huge bully, but low elo Caitlyn players tend to just spam mana and fast push for no reason/miss farm/not bully/go to 500 range of you for no reason/not use traps well at all etc.

Same as Cait. Very annoying early, but in midgame, and teamfight nothing special. No big escape, no spammable CC. Any assassin jumps on him, and unless a support protects him he is dead. You can be 999/0 with him, if got 0 defense, or a support who defends you, then Rengar, Zed, Kha'Zix, Talon, and some other assassin can make you dissappear.
