Can these runes be reverted please till you actually balance them properly?

yukumari1 votesIt's officially preseason, so the feed back that they get from people using these runes life is INTENDED to help Riot balance runes out.
How do you expect them to know what's balanced and what isn't, without proper testing? (And while the PBE is a good start, it won't give them the data and sample sizing they need)

Preseason is always a bit wonky, but if you want to help: play the game and pinpoint exact problems you are having, instead of offering "brilliant" "suggestions" such as this.
