this just bugging me, idk why she got a second skin before him even though she came out after him??? just wondering why and I wanted to know what you guys think is the reason for this happening because I have no clue, Riot what is your scheduling method for champion skin releases because it seems a bit out of wack... :/

Just depends on what ideas they tossed around for that year. Ornn for example hasn't had a skin since his release and it's gonna be near three years by the time he does I'm almost sure.
why do people keep complaining about skins they want... such a childish thing to do and I see it flooding the boards. just realize that there are tons of people who play league and all with different wants/needs, it would be dumb for rito to listen to all these childish people wanting different things, the game would never work out that way.

When a champion is released doesn't really mean anything if their skins don't sell well, are complicated to make, or they don't fit a theme.

Why has Taliyah went several years without getting a skin AND had a bug that makes her repeat the same voice lines several times a game (sometimes constantly) for several years? Rito don't give a fuck if the money ain't there.
They are going to prioritize skins for champs that are played more, as that is where they have the chance to sell the most of them...
I see qiyana a ton more then I see a sylus...in fact I do not remember a sylus in any of my games this pre-season..

Probably because when it came to making the music group this year, which they knew long beforehand would have prestige skins in collaboration with Louis Vuitton, they selected champions that fit the hip hop theme and probably also selected some champions that LV was interested in designing outfits for.
