What tilts you the most?
I’d like to hear what tilts you guys the most when playing this game, personally for me it’s being camped by the enemy jungle in Laning phase

When I have decent map-awareness, ping something rightfully (e.g. enemy missing, he is coming to you) and people still refuse to listen to it and usually die. Easy avoidable deaths but here we go.

Players who negatively and aggressively micro manage the actions, purchases, and every waking decision of an ally, usually professing that they main the champion their ally happens to be playing at the time.

Players who ban ally picks because it's likely going to be a loss if I don't dodge it because the match will boil down to an all chat blame fest.
Playing mid lane and out of the sudden It turns into an ARAM game. I don't talk about late game, I mean ARAM at 10-15 minutes. The only thing that stops me from getting higher score...
Enemies never tilt me. Only allies.
Like when I die once in lane, so my support starts actively competing with me for cs. That is tilting af.
People who come to my lane, die. Come again. Die again. Then proceed to flame me when I die to the now fed enemy and jg.
It's not so much tilting as baffling.
I tend to not tilt but laugh at how silly it is that someone is tilted
People who lack sportsmanship. Trash talks fine but being a shithead is not, there are some basic rules of etiquette that should be exhibited in all human interaction regardless of online or in person. Show a basic level of class.

I also hate Self fulfilling prophecies where some one gives up and makes 0 effort on a winnable match... thus making the outcome exactly what they said it would be.
Example is some one who Lost lane by 2 kills so they don't try. "GG FF MOVE ON" Then they spend rest of game in zero effort mode mindless splitting. wont contest objs, react to pings, ward. Often times you see them over extend and feed. Others just play stupidly safe and refuse to participate in team fights to prevent a Bad KDA and focus on Pad stats over a victory.
Many times you lose this game, but not significantly. To the point its very difficult to not blame the idiot who just stopped making any effort.
Thou.. Honestly its just a frusturation. I worked hard to make myself more tilt proof as a player so its rare that i ever get so irritated it impacts my performance in game and if i am upset i know to not que for a ranked match.
I made myself play http://kayin.moe/iwbtg/ To become better at dealing with frustration and getting better self awareness on when i hit "Tilted" to the point it impacts playing. Once your unable to beat a screen you used to because of a later screen your tilted.

Ppl who says "ez" at the end, no matter if it's from my team or the enemy team
When I play engage support like Naut, Leona, Alistar and my ADC gets poked non stop, dies and blames me for that.
Like they can't dodge anything, but it's my fault even though I have no shields, heals or anything to repel damage.
.... Also playing against Ezreal or Vayne xD
When I either just back or die, enemy roams, but as soon as I get back to catch the wave "wtf why no follow"
Playing support or AD and suddenly being oneshot under my tower by a 6/0

I'll put em in tiers. 1 is the bane of my League experience, 3 are mild problems that may or may not get to me depending on the situation.
TIER 1
- Mid inhitor down, Top and Bot free for the taking, team groups mid like it's ARAM, nothing is achieved.
- Baron secured, two inhibis down, all we need is one final push, Jungler goes farm Gromp.
- Bot/Mid inhibitor down, enemy has to deal with supers, Baron free to take, team goes wonder around enemy jungle for no reason.
- Riot Meddler
- One-Item Arms Race Meta
- The new NA lol esports site
TIER 2
- Supports acting like they're incapable of making mistakes that cost a lane. It's always the ADC's fault. They'll never accept they've messed up.
- Going 30 CS ahead in lane, enemy ADC gets a kill, my lead is gone.
- Exit lane 7 - 0, Mid fed so we lose anyway.
- Herald Takes 2 Towers.
- Tanks that deal damage.
TIER 3
- The new surrender box.
- The client.
- Lux Support (either side)
- Chat box impossible to disable. Gotta drag to a corner or make -99 size
Troll/Low Elo supports who are somehow post-30 and have no inkling of how to play the role. Got one just this weekend. Literally went Lux and took 
as a starting item. You have no idea how tilting that is. As an ADC, it completely robs you of any agency in the game, and 90% of the time, somehow, it's the ADCs fault.
(And if you're an ADC main who gets autofilled and pulls this shit, fuck you. Other roles might have the ignorance excuse, but you of all people should know what makes a good support, and you should take it as a challenge to outdo all the supports who ever fucked you over in the bot lane when you get autofilled. Next time I do, I'm going to record my game and post it on here to show everyone how support ought to be played. Just imagine your ideal support in the bot lane, and do everything you'd want him or her to do for you and for the team. It isn't rocket science, people.)
Failing to last hit a cannon minion.
Barely losing a ranked game because ADC decided it was impossible for the enemy to win and running it down mid 6 times and then going afk so you have to build ad juggernaut Leona and basically 1v8 with all odds against you because of your 3-year-old ADC who decided to ruin everything.
Having to type my lane in blind pick only to have someone beat me by milliseconds then trying to pick another lane to get beat out again. They need to add role selection to Blind Pick. And to those that say "Just play draft", you don't understand what draft is. Draft is for bans and seeing what the enemy is picking to try and counterpick it. Draft was never about lane selection. Lane selection was a quality of life fix they added to ranked play. There is no reason that after almost a decade we still have the call system for blind pick.
When a bad player misplays and chalks up another death to jg difference.
the lvl 13 yi that I somehow got matchmade with telling me to "stop feeding". Pssh, what else should a yas do?
- People saying "ff 15" when were are barely 1500 gold behind and playing lategame beasts.
- When my jungler doesnt aknowledge that i'm veigar, decides to gank despite my "back off" pings then the two outcomes are :
- I lose a lot of farm and xp (best outcome)
- The ennemy jungler is here he/we die or waste summoner as we are 1.5 vs 2 since a level 2 veigar has no damages.
Seeing the BM-ping "Enemy Missing" being spammed whenever anyone makes a mistake. It's just so unhelpful in every single way. And constant surrender votes from the same person.
Flamers I can handle - they only provide the entertainment. Trolls and feeders only makes me accept the defeat and take the rest of the game as an increased challenge.
Also, Shaco in general. I hate his face, his kit, seeing him, playing against him, playing as him, knowing that he exists at all.
Being 5 minutes into the game and then some moron dies and already calls "ggwp" and starts spaming ff votes at 15 minutes.
My opponents shit-talking unironically after playing like a pansy for 10 minutes, flashing out at ~20hp and then calling it an outplay.
Also people who use the "?" ping for anything other than notifying me as to when a laner/jungler is gone. Seriously, that ping is soooo toxic right now, and it's a one way ticket for either a mute or a report depending on how obnoxious you are. Use the pings for what they're meant to be used for :)

In game:
- When my team think that they are superior to me whenever I just lost lane, but they almost lost lanes too and aren't much better than me.
- People just plays only meta picks, kaisa/vayne/jinx/pyke/vladimir for example, I meet them almost everygame. Honestly there are tons of picks that are comparable to them, but people just plays them because some website says so they will play them. It made the game boring as hell 0 creativity. Few champions are broken and needs nerf in meta but, not everyone, I don't know why these less broken are so popular, just follow the sheeps syndrome.
- Bot and jungle have way more impact early than top and mid in winning games.
- Yeah I hate when someone dies 5 times in first 10 mins of the game with 0 kills.
- Toxic 10 years old kiddos.

When the jungler doesn't realize what his role is. The reply that tilts me is "it's not my job to win your lane for you" meanwhile they haven't even attempted to gank the enemy with them overextended hitting my tower.

When people who are toxic as hell win
I absolutely hate feeders more than anything in the entire game. I absolutely hate to be in a lane hearing "an ally has been slain" every 30 seconds. There is nothing I hate more about this game.
The matchmaking system.
I rarely get even games where both sides are of equal skill level, it's almost always a one-sided victory or loss. I'm commonly matched up against premades, funnel comps, and people that generally just know what they're doing (and work together to win the game), while my teammates will rarely watch the map, not know how to play their champions and fight amongst one another. The alternative is when the roles are reversed, with the enemy team int'ing and/or complaining in /all chat. I'm not really sure what can be done about this, but it really sucks the fun out of the game.
When my adc decides to go in when all of my cc or enchanting abilities are on cd and they blame me for just autoing

Somebody hitting a ward when I placed a Control ward to block the vision but you hit it and decide to make it known your there while doing Drake/Baron.
