Id like to see the removal of stopwatch in favour of reducing certain champions such as Zeds overall damage Maybe even transfer some of that damage into R instead because getting poked out of lane by a single WEQ electricute is not very fun or fair to play against

You act like it's impossible to dodge that long CD combo. Zed is the furthest thing from a problem as far as champion balance goes.
