So yeah, he has a heal when he gets low, a MS boost, a flip, an AS boost, a slow/scare, and a chain lightning. What is unique about this? His passive is the only thing in his kit that no other champion / item has.
I think he needs a rework.

Like... if volibear gets a hydra and/or a wits/essence reaver he can build full tank and still wreck carries in seconds because of his high magical burst+basic damage.
volibear is a very strong champion for the same reason rek'sai and xin zhao are; He is an auto-attack champion with a massive scaling basic attack damage increase. At rank 3, his ult is +135 magic damage on basic attacks. thats REALLY strong; especially coupled with hydra and an attack speed item. Hell, even zephyr is a great second item.
