@Riot, how will the multi-queues in ranked change the LP gained/lost each match?

I'm really curious to hear an answer to this. For example, If it's a silver queuing with 3 golds will the silver gain less or more LP than the golds for a win? Also, will 4 man premades always be queued against other 4 man premades or could they be queued against two 2 mans or a 2 man+3 man premade? If any of this has been answered elsewhere I'm sorry, I just haven't found this information yet! [slayer-jinx-catface]
