I wish there were some sort of RP donation system where people with left over RP can give RP to those who need it (like a few RP away from a skin).

I long time ago I remember someone had managed to finagle their rp back down to 0 (it's designed to be really hard to do) and then he went boasting about it on the forum, so someone from riot went in and gave him 1 rp
