honestly most of this is just mindless rant. his q is so projected that 90% of the time its either pure skill from cho or your own fault if you get hit, his w is an awkward cone shape and can also be surprisingly hard to hit (not to mention costing a lot of mana), his "insane sustain" is really not near as great as you say and hes definitely very pokable, his q doesnt really do that much damage unless hes building ap, his w isnt that big

Trying to bully chogath out of lane actually is SURPRISINGLY difficult ever since his E was reworked. He starts E level 1, and for the first time in chogath's history he has a CHEAP ability that has STRONG CLEAR AND HARASS.
Most of the things you listed have been true about him forever, even when he was considered a garbage champion. The Stoneplate/ult interaction is the only thing that needs to be nerfed.
