Unlock all champs for Aram

Isn't anyone else tired of seeing Aram only accounts and or champs like Veigar, Varus, Morgana, Lux, Kat, etc every other aram game and generally losing at camp select? cant riot please make it so that all champs are available only for aram ( excluding newly released or reworked champs for a week or 2 ) that way there is more variety in the team comps you face.

also this isn't necessary but it would be nice if someone dodges you get the same champ you were going to get that game ( same with the leaver if they dodge because they got Udyr with no re-rolls lul )
