can we revert the rework on fizz please? ( a vent post about fizz's rework )

I use to play a ton of fizz until the rework showed up... fizz is still ok but he's WAAAAAY too ult reliant to do anything in a team fight and having to wait 2-3 secs to do your burst is just very bad for a squishy assassin. it feels like you pretty much copy pasted the idea for leblancs rework onto fizz by having to wait until they can do their dmg, it works for leblanc because she has clones and her dashes but for fizz all he really has is his E which he needs in order to get in range and or do dmg so he has little to no escapes if he wants to kill someone during a teamfight

fizz now is meh but he's not great like he use to be and trying to do anything during a teamfight without ult is very difficult and he'll just die trying to wait 3 secs for his W proc

so can we revert fizz and try and come up with a different rework to balance him?
